6. Right of Withdrawal
Customers have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, in accordance with Spanish consumer protection laws.
To exercise this right, customers must notify us in writing at shop@qroft.com.
Returned products must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
Exceptions:
- Digital products delivered immediately are non‑refundable once downloaded or accessed.
- Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error or defective product.
7. Product Warranty
All physical products include a 3‑year legal warranty under Spanish and EU regulations.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
Digital products are guaranteed to be delivered in working condition and accessible.
